Pentax introduces a brand new rugged digital camera under its Optio Series listed as Pentax Optio W90. This digital camera is meant for rough and tough use. This is not just a conventional dustproof camera, it in fact withstands to chilly temperature up to 14F and can be drowned in to water up to 20 feet below ground level.

Pentax W90 is made of rubber body and is hardly affected even it falls from 4 feet of height. Even tough, W90 posses a design and make meant for bumpy use but it still look gorgeous. It features 12 megapixel sensor lens which marks it as a rugged digital camera offering high definition features.

Its Digital Microscope with a macro-oriented LED ring lets you capture images of nearby objects (as near as 0.4 inches from the lens) of superior quality. With Optio W90 you can record videos at 720p. And it features a software based stabilization system which lets you record videos of moving objects at incredible quality.

Pentax Optio W90 is expected to hit world markets during this coming April for around $330. It will available in a two-tone pistachio green or all-black color.
